Emergency Contact (Phone Number)
The Elmore City Youth Sports Association (ECYSA) is committed to providing a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all players, coaches, officials, volunteers, and families. By registering a child to participate in ECYSA, parents/guardians and players agree to the following: Treat players, coaches, officials, volunteers, and spectators with respect. Encourage good sportsmanship and positive behavior at all times. Refrain from yelling at, threatening, insulting, or harassing players, coaches, officials, volunteers, or spectators. Respect the decisions of coaches and officials. Concerns should be addressed calmly and through the appropriate ECYSA coordinator or board member. Use appropriate language and behavior at all ECYSA practices, games, and events. Help maintain a safe and positive environment for all children. Follow all ECYSA rules, facility rules, and league requirements. Understand that fighting, threats, bullying, harassment, or other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Remember that youth sports are for the children. Parents and spectators are expected to encourage effort, teamwork, learning, and fun. Acknowledgment I understand that failure to follow the ECYSA Code of Conduct may result in a warning, removal from an event, suspension from ECYSA activities, or other disciplinary action as determined by the ECYSA Board. By completing registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to follow the ECYSA Code of Conduct.
